SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped through UPS or USPS (we offer both for your convenience) and are typically delivered in 3-5 days if there are no carrier delays. We offer a free shipping guarantee on orders over $100. Shipping rates are determined by the carrier.

Once a package has shipped and left our facility, we are not responsible for your package. We recommend choosing UPS as a shipping carrier as they tend to be more reliable.

Our current processing times are 3-5 days for ready-made orders with the exception of weekends and holidays. Orders that are made-to-order have separate processing times that will be listed in the product description. 

We try our best to honor our processing times. In the rare occasion that we need more time, we will contact you. 

For international orders, we offer shipping automated by USPS so that we can offer as many accurate, shipping rates as possible.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. When you purchase an item from our store, you accept that all items are handmade and may feature minor imperfections (that's what makes our products unique!). However, in the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thechiarastudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damage and we will assist you.
